SHIPPING IS A FLAT RATE OF $10 AUSTRALIA WIDE

FREE PICK UP from Spotswood (Melbourne, VIC 3015), just select the FREE PICK UP option at the checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Please only select this option if you intend to PICK UP your order, it just saves us invoicing you for shipping.

FREE DELIVERY TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Williamstown, Newport, Altona North, Spotswood, Yarraville and Seddon. Just select the FREE LOCAL DELIVERY option at the checkout.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. Please contact us if you need your order sooner and we'll see what we can do. Feel free to contact us at hello@foxandramona.com.au before you place your order to confirm when your item will be sent.

Shipping is via courier. The courier does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please advise if there is a safe place to leave your item if you will not be home to sign for it. Using a business address is ideal, if possible.

All items are packed with extreme care. We do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged after use. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the box. We can either replace the damaged item or refund your purchase in full.
